| Shífǎ | 实法 | Action / execution-oriented method; practical execution focused on real-world application |
| Shènjìng | 慎敬 | Belief & focus; guiding philosophy for the application |
| Nèigōng | 内功 | Internal power; cultivation of internal energy, strength, control through breath, qi, and mental discipline |
| Wàigōng | 外功 | External power; physical strength, external techniques, visible power developed through training |
| Tàijí Bāguà | 太极八卦 | Supreme Ultimate & Eight Trigrams; integration of Yin-Yang with I Ching's patterns of change and movement |
