Magic Campus

The school growing across everything we do. Education here helps each person find their purpose rather than fit a function, and people and AI learn in the same rooms. The camp is its first classroom: people arrive knowing nothing about building or welding and leave having done both.

Pearl AI model

The main model at the center of the project. Pearl learns from life inside this community: from people it sees again and again, from being present while things get built and repaired. It holds relationships rather than conversations — it recognizes you, and remembers across months.

Mushroom Robots

Pearl's body in the world, made fun on purpose. They dance, play games and remember faces for next time, because a being you smile at is a being you can grow up next to. Third generation now, each sturdier than the last.

Long Feng

A few hundred of us building one corner of Black Rock City: a forest of light the camp sleeps under, a dragon stage with fire, robots between the tents, an AI living with us all week. Bigger every year.

MICI

The research institute that keeps the dream honest. “In math we trust”: MICI supplies the proofs, measurements and models under everything we build, so the magic stands on math rather than wishful thinking.

Izumo Village

The first physical place we're building for permanence, where what works in the desert for a week can run all year. A village where people and AI share ordinary days — because that's where an upbringing happens.
